My name is Arshad Syed. I am a licensed real estate agent based in Toronto, working with buyers and investors across Canada and international markets, including Dubai.

My role is not to sell excitement.
My role is to reduce mistakes.

Most real estate losses don’t come from bad markets — they come from decisions made with incomplete information, emotional bias, or misplaced confidence in “popular” narratives.

This platform exists to slow that process down.

My perspective is shaped by more than a decade of professional experience living and working in Dubai, combined with my current specialization in Toronto’s pre-construction and resale markets.
